Department: Foam / Mattress Production
Reports To: Foam Department Supervisor /
Location: Beirut
Job Purpose:
To assist in the production of foam used in mattresses by operating machinery, preparing raw materials, and ensuring quality standards are met in all foam-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare raw materials for foam production according to specifications.
Operate foam-producing machines safely and efficiently.
Monitor machine settings, temperature, and timing during production.
Pour, mix, and spread chemical materials used in foam manufacturing.
Cut and trim foam blocks to required sizes and shapes.
Label, store, or transport finished foam pieces to the next production stage.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Report any machine issues or defective products to the supervisor.
Follow all health and safety procedures during foam handling and machine operation.
Assist with inventory checks and material handling when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in manufacturing or foam production is a plus (but not required).
Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to work in a factory environment with chemicals and machinery.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – [Insert shift time, e.g., 07:15 AM to 05:15 PM]
