Responsibilities

• Follow up on missed or unconfirmed calls.
• Immediately reach out to homeowners when a scheduled call does not occur and reschedule the appointment.
• Work with both the homeowner and the VP to coordinate new call times when necessary.
• Verify homeowner contact information.
• Verify the best contact number for the homeowner. Confirm contact information such as additional phone number and email address.
• Document all communication.
• Log all attempts to reach homeowners, including successful confirmations and voicemails in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Collaborate with scheduling, acquisitions, and purchasing managers to ensure smooth appointment flow.
