Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented freshers to join our Food & Beverage service team at a Maldives island location. The role involves providing high-quality service to foreign guests and clients, ensuring an excellent dining and hospitality experience in a unique hydroponics agriculture–based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to foreign guests and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Set up dining tables as per service standards (cutlery, crockery, linens, and presentation)
- Provide complete food and beverage service during meal hours
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage and support operations at the bar counter, including basic service and cleanliness
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Handle guest queries and requests promptly and politely
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fresher with a strong interest in hospitality and customer service
- Good communication skills (basic English mandatory; additional languages are a plus)
- Pleasant personality with a service mindset
- Willingness to work in the Maldives island environment
- Ready to work in shifts and handle a physically active role
- Ability to interact confidently with international guests
Preferred Attributes:
- Internship experience in F&B Dept
- Willingness to learn and adapt to international service standards
- Team player with a positive attitude
