Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented freshers to join our Food & Beverage service team at a Maldives island location. The role involves providing high-quality service to foreign guests and clients, ensuring an excellent dining and hospitality experience in a unique hydroponics agriculture–based environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to foreign guests and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Set up dining tables as per service standards (cutlery, crockery, linens, and presentation)
  • Provide complete food and beverage service during meal hours
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage and support operations at the bar counter, including basic service and cleanliness
  • Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
  • Handle guest queries and requests promptly and politely

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresher with a strong interest in hospitality and customer service
  • Good communication skills (basic English mandatory; additional languages are a plus)
  • Pleasant personality with a service mindset
  • Willingness to work in the Maldives island environment
  • Ready to work in shifts and handle a physically active role
  • Ability to interact confidently with international guests

  • Internship experience in F&B Dept
