As a F&B Associate you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, inventory, and supporting kitchen staff
Job Responsibilities
- Cleanliness & Sanitation: Ensuring kitchen and dining areas meet hygiene standards.
- Inventory Management: Assisting with ordering supplies and organizing food/beverage storage.
- Equipment Care: Keeping kitchen tools and machines clean and functional.
- Support Role: Helping chefs with basic food prep and assisting wait staff when needed.
- Waste Management: Proper disposal of waste and recyclables per health regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or food service preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if require
