Your general duties will include:
- Assisting the F&B supervisors and Manager with day-to-day operations with the guests in the restaurant, banquets, bar and room service.
- Ensuring professional and friendly service is provided to all guests.
- Maintaining high service standards
- Achieve and uphold a clean, safe and hygienic work environment.
- Ensure a product of high quality and presentation.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management with the ability to plan and prioritise.
- Strong cashiering and cash handling skills.
- Must hold a valid RSA.
- Must have valid rights to work in Australia
