Your general duties will include:

  • Assisting the F&B supervisors and Manager with day-to-day operations with the guests in the restaurant, banquets, bar and room service.
  • Ensuring professional and friendly service is provided to all guests.
  • Maintaining high service standards
  • Achieve and uphold a clean, safe and hygienic work environment.
  • Ensure a product of high quality and presentation.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective time management with the ability to plan and prioritise.
  • Strong cashiering and cash handling skills.
  • Must hold a valid RSA.
