Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, cafes, bars, room service, and banquets.
  • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
  • Maintain high-quality food safety and hygiene standards across all F&B operations.
  • Develop menus that meet customer preferences and hotel standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-8 years of experience in Food & Beverage management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
