Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, cafes, bars, room service, and banquets.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
- Maintain high-quality food safety and hygiene standards across all F&B operations.
- Develop menus that meet customer preferences and hotel standards.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
