As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of all outlets - restaurant, bars, banquets, gaming lounge and in-room dining - ensuring every service feels refined, seamless and unmistakably Sofitel.

Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, this role is designed for a commercially minded F&B leader ready to step into a multi-outlet leadership position within a luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational delivery of all Food & Beverage outlets across the hotel.
  • Translate the hotel’s F&B vision into consistent, high-quality guest experiences, that reflect Sofitel’s art of hospitality.
