As a member of the Food & Beverage team, the Food & Beverage manager reports to the hotel General Manager. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the banquets and restaurant in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
