Job Description
Job Purpose:
To train students in food and beverage service skills andprepare them for jobs in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct F&B training sessions (theory and practical)
Train students on food and beverage service standards
Teach hygiene, food safety, and service etiquette
Demonstrate table setting, order taking, and customer service
Assess student performance and maintain training records
Support placements or on-the-job readiness (if required)
