Job Description

Job Purpose:

To train students in food and beverage service skills andprepare them for jobs in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct F&B training sessions (theory and practical)
  • Train students on food and beverage service standards
  • Teach hygiene, food safety, and service etiquette
  • Demonstrate table setting, order taking, and customer service
  • Assess student performance and maintain training records
  • Support placements or on-the-job readiness (if required)
