Ideally, you will have experience in a hotel environment, but anyone with experience in a high-end service environment is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Creating a warm welcome for every single guest that sets the tone for their experience with us.
• Be knowledgeable in all aspect of the menu, and derive sales through a professional and genuine approach to hospitality.
• Prepare and serving drinks to a high standard while highlighting promotions for our guests.
• Own the cleanliness of your outlet.
• Minimise waste and reporting any unsafe equipment or practices to your Supervisor.
