Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Controller who can efficiently handle liquor control operations across all Pyramid outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and audit systems in restaurants, bars, and lounge setups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage food & liquor inventory control for all outlets
• Monitor liquor stock, consumption, wastage, and variance
• Implement and maintain cost control systems
• Conduct regular stock audits (daily/weekly/monthly)
