The F&B Controller is responsible for controlling, monitoring, and optimizing all Food & Beverage costs across outlets, banquets, and events, ensuring adherence to The Leela's financial standards, internal controls, and profitability objectives.

- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost reports, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
