The F&B Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling all Food & Beverage costs within the hotel to ensure profitability and compliance with Hyatt International's standards. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management and possess a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in food and beverage cost control within a luxury hotel environment.
