A 5-star hotel in Beirut is looking for an experienced and visionary Food & Beverage Director to lead and elevate the F&B operations across all outlets. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:



•Oversee all F&B departments, ensuring high-quality service and standards

• Develop and implement innovative concepts and promotions

• Manage budgets, costs, and revenue performance

• Lead, train, and motivate a large and diverse team





Requirements:



• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior F&B management role within luxury hospitality

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Deep understanding of food trends, service standards, and guest expectations

• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus
