The Position

  • Work as the manager on duty overseeing all lounge operations during your shift for a prestigious five-star airline, globally recognized for its luxury and excellence in service.

  • Take ownership of service delivery standards within the lounge, ensuring all guest experiences align with the high expectations of the premium brand we proudly represent.

  • Report directly to the Assistant Lounge Manager, assisting with key responsibilities such as staff rostering, team training, and participating in the recruitment and interviewing of potential new team members.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our airline clients, working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations and a consistently high standard of service.
