We’re on the hunt for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a dynamic multi-venue hospitality team for one of Perth’s most well-known organisations.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of day‑to‑day F&B operations, rosters, stock, budgets & POS.
  • Streamline systems, train and manage staff.
  • Ensure high service standards across venues and events.
  • Lead, train & coordinate casual and permanent teams.
  • Manage service delivery on race nights, events & functions.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing and health standards.
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong people management & organisational skills.
  • Approved Manager’s Card & RSA (essential).
  • Onsite position in East Perth.
