We’re on the hunt for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a dynamic multi-venue hospitality team for one of Perth’s most well-known organisations.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of day‑to‑day F&B operations, rosters, stock, budgets & POS.
- Streamline systems, train and manage staff.
- Ensure high service standards across venues and events.
- Lead, train & coordinate casual and permanent teams.
- Manage service delivery on race nights, events & functions.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and health standards.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a similar leadership role.
- Strong people management & organisational skills.
- Approved Manager’s Card & RSA (essential).
- Onsite position in East Perth.
