Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Location: Qatar

Reports to: General Manager


Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Manager will assist and support the General Manager in achieving operational and financial targets through day-to-day control of the F&B Department. The role ensures that food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction are maintained in line with company SOPs.


Key Responsibilities:




  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, banquets, and catering functions.




  2. Spend at least 75% of working hours on the floor during meal service interacting with members, guests, and clients.




  3. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue enhancement.
