Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Carolina Skies Club Shaw AFB. Responsibilities Responsible for the economic and efficient operation of all food and beverage outlets within 20 FSS facilities and activities within the Community Services Flight. This includes the Molly's Bar and Grill, Bowling Center Snack Bar, Tee Top Café, all Rickenbacker's, Smoothie Bar, Weasel Wagon and all special events requiring food and beverage support to include catering. Guides organizational decisions on program development, scaling, or discontinuation. Implements higher level directives, formulates procedures and programs to ensure high standards of food and beverage operations. Ensures all food safety and health requirements are maintained and practiced. May be asked to fill in for the Chef in his/her absence.
