They manage all F&B operations, ensuring an excellent member experience, forecasting, planning, and managing orders, staff, and finance. They pride themselves in achieving sales goals that maximize revenue through customer satisfaction and team member engagement.

While supervising and directing the workforce, the manager is also comfortable hand‑crafting specialty beverages during busy shifts.
