Job Responsibilities

  • To recognise the importance of a first impression and represent Topgolf in a friendly and professional manner in every interaction, be it on the telephone, in writing, or face to face with our Players.
  • To have an extensive knowledge of all areas within department
  • To support with any pre-shift briefs within department
  • Monitor the quality of service within your department, paying special attention to speed of service
  • Practice Clue Scanning to protect the Player experience
  • Support with any audits, stock counts or reviews for department, reporting any issues to the manager on duty of head of department
  • Follow and monitor safety standards, escalating any contraventions where appropriate
  • Ensure that department walk rounds are completed prior to opening/after closing to ensure departments is correctly opened/shut down.
