JOB DESCRIPTION To recognise the importance of a first impression and represent Topgolf in a friendly and professional manner in every interaction, be it on the telephone, in writing, or face to face with our Players. To have an extensive knowledge of all areas within department To support with any pre-shift briefs within department Monitor the quality of service within your department, paying special attention to speed of service Practice Clue Scanning to protect the Player experience Support with any audits, stock counts or reviews for department, reporting any issues to the manager on duty of head of department Follow and monitor safety standards, escalating any contraventions where appropriate Ensure that department walk rounds are completed prior to opening/after closing to ensure departments is correctly opened/shut down.
