Food Developer – Mid/Senior (m/f/d)

Your tasks

As a Food Developer (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping and expanding KoRo’s diverse product portfolio – from initial concept to market launch. This role brings together creativity in ideas, food formulation and food processing, blending it with a strong sense of market trends and delivered through a structured project execution. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll have the opportunity to drive innovation and make a tangible impact. Your responsibilities will include:

Identify trends, market opportunities, and gaps in the existing assortment to propose new product concepts.

Develop and implement product ideas in line with KoRo’s overall product strategy and brand vision.

Manage the end-to-end product development process: briefing, sampling, internal coordination, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
