Hilton Rotterdam is looking for a passionate, experienced **Food & Drinks Manager** to oversee all food and drink operations and deliver standout experiences for our Guests and Team Members. You will lead a dynamic team, drive performance, and ensure every outlet runs smoothly — from restaurant, kitchen, stewarding and bar to room service and events.
**What you will be doing**
+ Own the day-to-day operations of all Food & Drinks outlets (restaurant, bar, room service, kitchen, stewarding and banqueting)
+ The focus is to deliver consistently excellent guest experiences
+ Lead, recruit, train, and inspire the Food & Drinks team
+ Ensure brand standards, health & safety, and compliance are always met
+ Manage budgets, payroll, food & drink costs
+ Set targets, schedules, procedures, and departmental goals
