PROCESS ENGINEER
Culinary products, Plant-Based & Alternative Protein Manufacturing
Location: Biopolis Singapore
Working Hours: Flexible, part-time Monday to Friday (with flexibility to support trials and production scale-up)
Overview
The Process Engineer plays a key role in culinary products development, scaling and optimizing plant-based and alternative protein food manufacturing.
Working closely with R&D, Quality, Operations, and external co-manufacturers, the Process Engineer ensures that processes are robust, cost-effective, scalable, and fully GMP-compliant, supporting Nurasa's goal of building sustainable and future-ready food platforms in Singapore and the region.
