Job Description

Our client is a well-established, family-operated food ingredient manufacturer and product development partner based in the northern suburbs of Perth. They support food manufacturing and food service businesses by supplying a broad range of specialty ingredients, flavours, and custom blended products, complemented by in-house new product development expertise. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Food Production Operator on a temp‑to‑perm basis.

Location: Wangara, WA

Hours: Monday - Thursday (6:15am - 2pm) Friday (1pm finish)

Pay Rate: $33.50/hr + Super (38hrs per week)

Start Date: ASAP

The Job

  • Accurately weigh, measure and blend flavours and food ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Operate and maintain mixing and processing equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards.
  • Prepare, pack and label finished products for storage or dispatch.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the production and warehouse areas.
  • Assist with stock control, inventory management, and general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

  • Australian Driver's License
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Forklift Ticket (non‑essential)
  • To complete - Government food safety inductions (paid)
