As a Food Service/ Dietary Care Assistant (FSA) you will assist in preparation and serving of meals to our residents at mecwacare O'Mara House, a 66 – bed aged care home nestled in leafy Traralgon. Your strong team focus aligned with ability to prioritise tasks in the kitchen will make you successful in this fast-paced role.
What you bring:Certificate in Food Handling: HLTFS207C. Experience in a commercial kitchen. Age Care experience an advantage. Experience in the preparation and presentation of food for large groups. Ability to provide a high standard of customer service. Understanding of and commitment to safe work and hygiene practices.
