We are seeking a kitchen supervisor for our Southport location. Shifts are Mon to Fri, 5 AM - 1:30 PM. In this role, you will lead food production for breakfast and lunch service for about 75 - 100 diners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen team to produce all menu items efficiently and consistently based on cyclical menu and recipes (soups, daily menus, entrees, vegetables, sauces, gravies, etc.)
  • Ensure all kitchen duties are assigned and completed.
