Job Description

We are hiring a Food Testing Laboratory Technician for a Food Processing Unit to strengthen our quality and food safety systems.

Qualification

B.Sc. Food Technology / B.Tech Food Technology /Post Graduate in Microbiology or equivalent

Experience

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in:

  • Nutritional analysis
  • Microbial testing
  • Handling microbial testing procedures and lab equipment

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct food quality and safety testing
  • Perform microbial and nutritional analysis
  • Maintain lab records, SOPs, and test reports
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards

Jaipur, Rajasthan.
