Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
  • Benchmarking performance against targets across all marketing channels and advising on KPIs based on performance analysis.
  • Reporting on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data.
  • Analysing online user behaviour, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution.
  • Spotting opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure
  • Drive to independently develop a data-driven point of view, and execute across with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced and complex environment.

  • Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of analytical tools (SQL/SAS, R/Python, Tableau/Power BI) for insight generation & enabling data driven decision making
