POSITION - Sr. IT Associate
LOCATION - Remote (5 days)
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer (M365) to manage and support our Microsoft 365 environment and related IT operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in device management, security, user provisioning, and troubleshooting M365 services.
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth endpoint deployment, secure access management, and prompt issue resolution in a fully remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, deploy, and manage laptops and devices using Microsoft Intune (Autopilot / 0-touch deployment).
Manage identity and access using Azure AD / Entra ID, including SAML SSO configuration for third-party SaaS platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot email delivery issues using tools such as mail flow logs, quarantine, and Microsoft Defender.
Support end-users with incidents, requests, and escalations through the ITSM/ticketing system.
Collaborate with the security team on Defender alerts, endpoint protection, and remediation.
Maintain and follow internal documentation for consistent and compliant IT support.
Manage data recovery and ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Continuously improve IT processes and knowledge management through documentation and self-learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and IT support.
Strong expertise in:
Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (device management & 0-touch deployment)
Azure AD / Entra ID (SSO, access management)
Microsoft Defender (email, device, and identity protection)
Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams administration
Proficiency with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Nice to Have
Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Enterprise Administrator Expert.
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
Experience with security compliance and policy enforcement within M365.
