Job Description:
We are looking for a Staff Engineer – React who brings deep technical expertise in frontend technologies, especially React, and has a strong background in architecting scalable applications in a product-based environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist with proven experience in designing complex systems and guiding engineering teams technically.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and development of frontend components using React.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Backend, and DevOps to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Drive engineering best practices across the team in code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
Influence technical direction and strategic decisions in product development.
Own and manage the full software development lifecycle, including system design, implementation, and deployment.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience in React (latest experience is mandatory)
3+ years experience in Node.js
3+ years experience in TypeScript
Strong understanding of GraphQL (minimum 1–2 years)
Experience in using AWS cloud services
Minimum 2 years of experience with CDN technologies (Cloudflare, Akamai, Fastly, etc.)
Strong understanding of system architecture and performance optimization
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in architecting complex systems and influencing technical direction
Good to Have:
Experience in the insurance or fintech domain
Hands-on experience with server-side rendering, Next.js, or micro-frontends
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
