Foreclosure Asset Manager

Job Description

The Asset Manager - Foreclosure & Auctions (Entry Level) supports the endtoend processing of foreclosure assets by listing, managing, and tracking properties scheduled for sale. This role works closely with internal teams, foreclosure attorneys, trustees, auctioneers, and vendors to ensure accurate processing, timely updates, and compliance with defined procedures.

This is an entrylevel role ideal for candidates with early experience in foreclosure processing, real estate operations, or auction support who are comfortable working in highvolume, detailoriented environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new foreclosure referrals into internal systems (Equator) for sale processing
• Accurately list and market foreclosure properties on Hubzu as sales are scheduled
