Job Description
Focus on administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process.Assist in the day-to-day processing of foreclosures.Review and gather information relating to foreclosure documentation.Review real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.Search and review bankruptcy matters per written procedure.Establish and maintain positive client/vendor relationships.Communicate with owners, vendors, and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions and providing information.Coordinate and process all mailings.Input and update data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures.Order and review title reports using multiple applications.Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
