Job Description

  • Focus on administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process.
  • Assist in the day-to-day processing of foreclosures.
  • Review and gather information relating to foreclosure documentation.
  • Review real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.
  • Search and review bankruptcy matters per written procedure.
  • Establish and maintain positive client/vendor relationships.
  • Communicate with owners, vendors, and clients regarding foreclosure matters, answering questions and providing information.
  • Coordinate and process all mailings.
  • Input and update data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures.
  • Order and review title reports using multiple applications.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

  • 1-2 years of directly related real estate office experience; prefer foreclosure experience.
