We currently have a Foreclosure Title Review Specialist opportunity available with a Financial Services Company in Dallas, Texas. Our client is a leading provider of technology-enabled default management and bankruptcy processing solutions, with a superior work environment and advancement opportunities. The Foreclosure Title Review Specialist will be responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Examine public records, deeds, mortgages, tax records, and court documents to determine the legal status of a property's title. Review any potential title defects or claims such as liens, unpaid taxes, judgments, or disputes over property boundaries. Verify the chain of ownership and ensure that the seller has the legal right to transfer the property. Ensure that all title documentation meets legal and regulatory standards. Identify title defects that require corrective actions and work with the curative team to resolve them. Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and other legal professionals to clear up issues such as unpaid liens. Required qualifications for the position include : High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of Foreclosure Title Review experience, bachelor's preferred Experience working in systems such as BlackKnight, MSP, and any mortgage Title software Experience in legal, accounting, billing, loan servicing, and or other professional practices Preferred qualifications for the position include : Experience with CaseAware Case Management System, BKFS LoanSphere (MSP), BKFS LoanSphere Default, and Sagent Tempo strongly preferred. Pay Rate Range : $20.00 to $24.00 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
