We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee and manage daily operations at our worksite. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring project deadlines are met, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating resources. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to make quick decisions.
