Responsibilities

- Manage projects: Oversee projects to ensure costs stay on track
- Provide recommendations: Suggest ways to reduce costs
- Create reports: Write reports about expenses and project timelines
- Communicate: Communicate with clients, contractors, and management
- Adhere to regulations: Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and other laws
- Direct, manage, and lead the project's work
- Implement the project's operational plan, quality plan, inspection and test plan, and safety and health program
- Help ensure the project's success
