Responsibilities

  • Manage projects: Oversee projects to ensure costs stay on track
  • Provide recommendations: Suggest ways to reduce costs
  • Create reports: Write reports about expenses and project timelines
  • Communicate: Communicate with clients, contractors, and management
  • Adhere to regulations: Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and other laws
  • Direct, manage, and lead the project's work
  • Implement the project's operational plan, quality plan, inspection and test plan, and safety and health program
  • Help ensure the project's success
