Responsibilities

• Follow the Master Production System (MPS) and the replacement of the Manual cast production lines.
• Develop the weekly molds production plan.
• Execute the replacement mold program of the manual cast production lines.
• Maintain and monitor the key process variables for the mold making, drying, and mold preparation process.
• Oversee the Carpentry and welding workshops.
• Maintain tools and equipment of the department in good condition.
• Elaborate and pursue work orders for the maintenance of the department teams.
• Supervise the appropriate use of the security team and maintain order and cleaning in the department.
• Coordinate checkups and tests with the laboratory.
• Comply with Health and Safety roles and responsibilities established for this position.
