**Job Title: Construction Foreman**
**Job Description**
The Construction Foreman is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing both factory assembly crews and field crews on shell/core projects. This role requires supervising local LA teams and traveling across California to train and lead temporary and local labor to meet company standards, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. As a boots-on-the-ground position, you will work alongside crews, particularly in drywall and metal framing, driving productivity and craftsmanship.
