Foreman – Civils (Substation Project)

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee the civils package on a major substation project in Thurso. This is a key site-based role, responsible for supervising day-to-day civil engineering works and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all civils activities on site (earthworks, concrete, drainage, ducting, foundations, etc.)

Manage gangs, subcontractors, plant, and materials
*
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, RAMS, and programme
*
Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance

Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and daily activity planning
