**JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:**
Supervise, coordinate, and assist in the construction and repair of both overhead and underground distribution.
**JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Respond to and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
+ Provide leadership and training to line and service personnel. Champion safe work practices and insure compliance to Company Safety Rules. Work to insure network goals and objectives are met or exceeded.
+ Be able to manage all SO/SR/WR's in DIS/DSS. Organize work and manage multiple task and inputs simultaneously.
+ Work with others and maintain a positive attitude in extreme working conditions. Must have a strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and accuracy in order to direct construction/repair crews safely and to construct/restore electric system efficiently.
