position: forklift operatorresponsibilities:- operate a forklift to load and unload materials from trucks and containers- safely transport materials within the warehouse or distribution center- organize and stack materials in designated storage areas- perform regular maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues to supervisor- adhere to safety regulations and procedures while operating the forklift- assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed- communicate effectively with team members
