Job Role: Forklift Driver
Postcode: EX39, Bideford
Duration: Long term
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling: Load, unload, and move goods/materials from trailers, shipping containers, or storage areas.
Safe Operation: Manoeuvre forklift equipment safely in busy environments, adhering to all safety protocols and site rules.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily, pre-shift inspections for damage or faults and conduct basic maintenance (e.g., re-fueling or charging).
Inventory Control: Use scanning equipment (RF scanners) to track, locate, and move inventory, ensuring accurate stock records.
Warehouse Duties: Pick and pack orders, shrink-wrap pallets, and organize storage areas.
Reporting: Notify supervisors of damaged goods, shortages, or equipment malfunctions. Qualifications:
CSCS required.
NPORS or CPCS required.
UK RTW required.
