Job description

Challenge Packaging is a specialist in corrugated packaging design and manufacture. We work hard to ensure our cardboard box supply is as efficient as possible and extend that methodology into packaging supplies to offer a full service to our customers.

We have one vacancy for a Forklift Driver / Production Support working 48 hours per week (working hours are between the hours of 6:00 am and 4:45 pm, Monday to Thursday inclusive and between 6:00 am and 2:45 pm on a Friday inclusive, all days with a forty-five (45) minute unpaid lunch break).

Main duties

Forklift Inspection:

Conduct a thorough inspection of the forklift before use, ensuring it is in proper working condition. Document findings in the inspection logbook and sign off.

Check Production Schedule:

Review the production schedule to determine material handling requirements and prioritise tasks accordingly.
