**Job Description**
As a Forklift Lead, you will work with a company as a forklift operator and warehouse associate serving a diverse range of customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage order picking and loading for customer arrivals. You will start your day by hand-bombing and operating reach and sit-down forklifts to fulfill orders. Your role will involve leading a team of 8 forklift operators, ensuring efficient workflow in both indoor and outdoor settings.
**Responsibilities**
Pick and load customer orders as a priority task.
Operate reach and sit-down forklifts for order fulfillment.
Hand-bomb items and lift products up to 50 lbs independently, and up to 80 lbs with a partner.
Use RF scanners to accurately pick orders.
Unload and store incoming supplies and prepare picks for pre-ordered items.
Lead and manage a team of 8 forklift operators.
Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service.
