SUMMARY OF JOB
Reports to the corresponding Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Operate industrial vehicles and equipment. Loads and unloads product from trucks. Transports materials to and from storage areas throughout warehouse.Floor stacks unitized materials in warehouse. Places unitized materials into storage racks.Delivers requisitioned materials to assembly areas. Records all transactions by scanning product with barcode reader.Transports trash from various locations throughout plant and delivers it to the proper location. Assists in the breaking down and restacking of pallets on receipt, when necessary. Performs daily pre-start check of forklift and completes check list form. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
