**Job Description**
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating stand-up forklifts, moving inventory throughout the warehouse, and supporting daily material flow. This role requires strong scanning accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate stand-up electric forklifts for the majority of the shift (80%+).
+ Use sit-down forklifts as needed for loading/unloading trucks.
+ Move pallets, stage materials, and support inbound/outbound operations.
+ Work in pairs to move and store incoming pallets.
+ Use a double forklift to stage pallets in drop zones.
+ Support reach truck operators who place pallets into assigned warehouse locations.
+ Use RF scanners immediately upon starting to scan all product movements accurately.
+ Follow scanning standards and participate in process audits to ensure accuracy.
