Job details Spherion Staffing in Lakeland has partnered with a fertilizer manufacturing and distribution warehouse who is looking for skilled machine and forklift operators to join their growing team.
Schedule:
1st and 3rd shifts available
12 hour schedules, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Weekends required
Responsibilities: ... -Setup machine and guide bags through production machines
-Observe production equipment to ensure that specifications are being met
-Perform a daily visual inspection of the product and surrounding areas
-Other duties as required
-Perform visual checks on the products prior to making bags
-Wear appropriate PPE at all times
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
