Job Description
**JOB SUMMARY**
The **Lift Truck Operator 1 (LTO1)** is a key member of the warehouse team responsible for supporting daily material handling and inventory operations. This role includes counting inventory, loading outbound shipments, unloading inbound transfers, staging and storing product pallets, and processing production receipts. The LTO1 assists team members as needed to meet organizational goals while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
**Compensation & Schedule**
+ **Rate of Pay:** $18.85 per hour base; shift differential for based on shift.
+ **Shift:** A Shift — 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM (40 hours per week) **Shift:** C Shift — 4PM to 12:00 AM (40 hours per week)
**Requirements**
+ 1–2 years of warehouse experience operating lift trucks (e.g., sit-down double fork, sit-down clamp).
+ Must satisfactorily complete a forklift training program or demonstrate safe forklift operation in an on-site test.
