Forklift Operator - Surrey

Positions: Forklift Operator / Shipping Associate

Location: Burnaby, BC
Pay: Day shift - $22.50
Shift: Day - 7:30am to 4:00pm (Shift will then change to 8:30am to 5:00pm around Feb/March)
Responsibilities: Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently Type of Forklift: Cherry picker/order picker. Approximately 80% of the shift focused on shipping tasks, including checking part numbers, packing products, and building and wrapping skids. Assist with general warehouse duties as required Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience with industrial machines, like order picker, forklift, pallet jack, etc. Ability to speak and understand written and spoken English. Comfort working on your feet and bending. You’ll need to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder heights. Pass a pre-employment background check.
