Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Material Handling: Loading and unloading goods from trucks, moving pallets, and stacking products in designated storage areas.
Safety & Maintenance: Conducting daily inspections (pre-use checks) of the forklift, reporting any malfunctions, and keeping the equipment clean.
Inventory & Documentation: Checking orders for accuracy, updating stock records, completing delivery notes, and using RF scanners.
Warehouse Operations: Organizing storage bays, ensuring loads are secure and balanced, and assisting with general warehouse upkeep.
Communication: Coordinating with other staff, supervisors, and drivers to maintain smooth operations.
Key Skills:
Attention to Detail: For accurate order picking and inventory.
Coordination: Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy items and work in demanding environments.
Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with a larger team.
