1. Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of equipment:
Keeps abreast of equipment changes, development and application with respect to services to be provided;Assists in the development and implementation of new procedures; 2. Training responsibilities :
Participates in the analysis of internal and external customer training needs. Drafts training plans in line with objectives to be achieved.
